Born and raised in Toronto, Jennifer Shigetomi is the creative force behind Matsu Jewellery. A trained goldsmith and artist from George Brown College and OCAD, Jennifer's elegant, contemporary style is achieved through a balance of artistry and technique.

Along side business partner and sister Lisa, Matsu Jewellery set up their first studio in 1996. In 2004, they opened their first storefront in the Uptown Yonge area of Toronto and then expanded to include a studio and retail showroom in Newmarket in 2014.

Jennifer and Lisa recently relocated the entire operation up to their Newmarket location. This space, houses their office, workshop and retail showroom which is open by appointment.

Matsu's work is available online and in stores and galleries throughout Canada and the United States.
